All you need to a air suction Chamber then to propellers and need high powered Dynamo and Electric Storage, Thats all, You can design it in upper chamber of the busses and Dynamo at rare part of busses, Soundless and Clean and Cheapest. Dear Automobile engineers please have your input.- akzack
