Karachi needs new Halqabandi. It is my personal opinion. It should not be handled as secret plan but as a regular plan to keep assure the rights of minorities in Karachi. MQM is not more than 55% in Karachi but they winn elections with huge majority. All other minorities voice disappears...- PkRevolution
