I totally disagree with the Authors comments regarding Musharif. Musharaf was the best Leader or administrator Pakistan has ever had. The economic growth depicted by the GDP in the current ppp Gov't is below 2.5% whereas in Musharaf regime on average it was 6%. Musharaf was not scared of USA...
