Muslims, especially in India and Pakistan, have adapted Hinduism into much of their daily lives, culturally, ritually, and religiously that this seems a stretch by any imagination.
Just look at our weddings, worship of men and graves, our funerals and rights, our dress, and our entertainment. The Hindu culture and way of life is engrained into us from the time we are born.
Islam and its teachings are far from our thoughts and hearts, so while we play into their agenda, they continue to confuse and demonize us and we agree.
Can we tell the difference between an average Muslim and Hindu today? I think not. Perhaps it is time for Muslims to wake up and find who they are, and who they really want to be, Subhan’Allah.
