For e.g, in Bahria Karachi, they are told to pay the price of the land again since initial deal with MDA was void. So we will see a big settlement fine for Bahria Karachi. For Bahria Rawalpindi, the case is regarding 1100 kanals of Forest Land - Takht Pari, not for entire land of Bahria Rawalpindi
Bahria Enclave, govt took back 400 kanals of CDA land. If you see the reality, there is a zoo there. Malik Riaz cannot make billions from entrance ticket to a zoo.
So bigger issue and fine will be for Bahria Karachi rate and forest land in Rawalpindi. Moreover, even if has to pay 50 arab rupees in fines, Bahria Town can be revived because then there will be no supreme court cases on his head anymore
But it is best for the cases to come to its logical end, and for paying the fines, he will hike transfer fees and take the money from Bahria residents

Your information is wrong. Demolishing already started in Phase-8 Rawalpindi yesterday.

As far Bahria Enclave, 512 Kanal belongs to CDA and rest of the Enclave has been built on majority SHAMLOT land of forest department. Forest department also became party to this case and now majority of Bahria Enclave is in danger. Prices are already down by 30-50% and still no one wants to take the risk and purchase anything in Bahria at this point. Very sad story for genuine owners.

On the other hand, I think Malik Riaz will go to jail. Inshallah. Him and all his investors should be banned from directly/indirectly participating in property business. Also confiscate 100% of Malik Riaz family's assets and use that money to compensate home owner who built houses or purchased plots here. Send Malik Riaz back to the shit-hole they came from.

Pakistan has no need or space for corrupts anymore. We need to help honest people and punish the corrupts.
