Athar min ullah should bring him back, who was asking guarantee of Nawaz life from govt. he gave him permission to go out of the country for treatment.
21-gun salute to Government as well who didn’t challenge Athar minallah’s earlier decision in Supreme Court! It has happened many many times in the past that decisions of High Courts are reversed in Supreme Court.
Similarly, Government didn’t challenge LHC’s decision of lifting the condition of indemnity bond ( Rs. 7 billion) that it wanted to get from Nawaz before allowing him to go abroad.
When you don’t challenge the decisions of Lower Courts into apex court, it means you also wanted to allow a criminal escape ( on the pressure of some invisible force) but you wanted to use the shoulder of judiciary for this purpose.
