Gross negligence in Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital Rawalpindi

Purpose of this post is to make common people aware of whats going on in one of the most expensive and top hospital in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and make the management aware of it. What happened to my family doesn't happen to anyone. I've tried contacting management via their website but no one bothered to respond. Again shows the apathy they have for any complaints.
If someone reading this post knows anyone there, kindly forward to their management.

Below are details of the incident.

My elder sister around 62 years of age was brought to the hospital on early hours of 3rd March 2018. She fell at home and fractured her leg near hip bone area.
The specialists who treated her took X-ray of lower part of leg around the knee area and told her everything is ok and she can go home etc. They were actually congratulating as well that there is no fracture. See the picture below of first X-Ray.

My younger brother in law(he is a doctor) was present there too. He insisted that this is wrong and the patient needs to be checked/examined thoroughly and X-rayed at the proper place where patient is feeling pain. The specialists from your hospital didn't agree with it but after my family's insistence reluctantly did the X-Rays again and this time it clearly showed the fracture near hip area. My family has since then transferred the patient to another hospital.
I want to lodge a formal complain with the hospital to carry out an investigation that how can doctor of specialist level make such a blunder. Even a layman can tell this thing that X-Ray should be carried out at proper place where patient has pain.
Is there a flaw in the processes of your hospital or the specialists need further training/education to be able to handle the patients.
We were lucky that we had the right advice available at right time and we escaped further trouble. But kindly investigate this case sincerely and make sure no one else suffers. No one knows how many patients have already suffered due to such gross negligence in your hospital.
And not to mention, we were charged full fee whereas we should be charging the hospital for teaching basics to their specialists.

I was also misdiagnosed and now on bed because of that. I was diagnosed of hamstring injury while I had an extruded disc. They recommended me Physiotherepy which proved country productive for my disc. Dr Khalid Aslam was the doctor.

It is true that some senior and young doctors provide treatment only on x-ray and medical test which is total negligence of doctors and causing serious damage to the patient health. It is the duty of the government to regulate PMDC and FPPCI and all other medical authorities to play their important role in making medical profession clean from foolish quacks. As there are so many charity hospital providing quality healthcare treatment as still there are less number of doctors serving the humanity.

This is really a bad fracture and feel sorry for her. She needs a test called bone mineral density to rule out OSTEOPOROSIS.

my mamoo's cancer was misdiagnosed for almost two years while he was in Pakistan and by the time it got diagnosed correctly it was at the last stage and he was gone within two years... Such a profession needs to be held to the highest standards...

Meds are covered up to the age of 25 now if you are in Ontario... not good enough though as a lot of jobs out there don't come with such benefits for older working people... Canada needs a national plan to cover ALL prescription meds...

Unfortunately she got it already and it is inherited in the family. I got it too.
During surgery doctor surgeon found that bone is very week.
