Went to Kahna mandi today, there were only flex banners for Kisan market, not a single kisan or shop was operational.
Will visit again after 2 days to confirm if it is operational or not. Arthi mafia is very strong, govt should use force against them if they really want to achieve something from this initiative.

The arthis are the modern day banyas and Shylocks. The farmer gets loans from them and are bound to sell their produce to them. They roger the farmer, they rape the consumer and all the blame goes to the govt. PTI should do some homework on this and come out with a solution to satisfy both the farmer and the consumer. But before they form a panel they should get farmers and some honest individuals to represent the common man. However getting the latter will be problematic as very few honest people reside in Pakistan after the the rule of Murdaris and haramkhor Ganjas.
