aqwaale zareen kuchh bhi wazan nahin rakhte jab tak un ka koi sayaaqo sabaaq na ho jis ke tanaazur main us ko dekha ya parkha ja sake kisi maqsad ke teht.

Surah 101 AL-QAARIAH–The bloody revolution will keep on taking place among people till mankind stop using each other abusively for personal gains at each other’s expense and they start living by way of life advised by Allah for ensuring their well being through help and support of each other as a community in a kingdom.

This surah is named AL-QAARIAH from root QAAF, RAA and AIN. Concrete meaning of this root is to smash one thing into another. It also means boldness, to knock, to knock the door, to hit, to hit someone or something on the head with a stick, to strike, to strike one stone with another, to raise one people against another, to criticise, to reproach, to hold responsible or accountable, to knock some sense into someone, to try to make someone understand something, to teach someone a lesson, to deem answerable, to seek clarity of, to seek an explanation of, to demand justification for, to ask for an excuse, to question one’s thought or action, upheaval, tumult, clamour, uprising or a chain of uprisings, revolt or a chain of revolts, a short or long revolutionary process, bloody revolution or a chain of bloody revolutions one after other, to hit or be hit with hammer or something heavy or something alike, to be something hard hitting, to crush, to cause something to crumble or fall apart, to destroy someone or something, to make someone pay for something, to make someone face consequences for one’s thoughts or actions, to punish, to reward, to break stones with hammer, to take a risk, to take a chance, to gamble, to gnash teeth, to put through terrible agony, to inflict terrible painful suffering, to budge, to move, to dislodge or become dislodged, to change place, to slip away, to shift, to go away, to leave, to abandon or become abandoned, to disconnect or become disconnected, to unhook, to unlink, to disappear, to move apart, to separate or become separated, to become dismantled, to break down, to fall down, to crumble, to fall to pieces, to become scattered, to disperse, to spread, to shatter into pieces, to fragment, to become undone, to disassemble, to disband, difficulty, trouble, hardship, troublesome, problematic, calamity, destruction, war, fight, pumpkin, reproach, confrontation, to cast a lot, disaster, adversity, poverty, hardship, calamity, sudden calamity, catastrophe, disaster, affliction, the crashing blow, the crushing blow, fatal blow, a sharp good quality sword, a garden eaten up by animals, result of an action, effect of a cause, consequence, requital, recompense, reward, compensation, punishment, penalty, return, wage, lot, share, part, destiny, fate, end result, game of chance, gambling, something that has far reaching or long lasting effects, severe abuse or very abusive use of someone or something, a severe blow that causes something to collapse or give way etc etc.

This surah is named AL-QAARIAH because the Quran talks about upheavals and uprisings or revolts caused by people that result from their abusive use of each other or oppression and suppression of some people by others. This has been the case throughout human history according to the Quran. All because some people tried to control others by controlling land and resources, means of production and distribution. As a result the oppressed masses rebelled against their oppressors and the result was not good for the oppressors and abusive users of masses. Selfishness and personal greed for manpower and wealth at the expense of each other leads to serious divisions in mankind and when people become divided into us and them the only way they try to sort out their differences is by trying to overcome each other through internal or external tricks and mechanisms including plotting conspiracies and wars. At times this led to a complete change in political and economic landscape of a people in a place. So the Quran is warning people about bloody revolutions unless they use their heads and unite on basis of wisdom expressed in the Quran in light of universal realities. Even in case of bloody revolutions masses only support those who have some relative credibility in their eyes locally or nationally. However the Quran explains both kinds of revolutions ie the bloody revolutions brought about by angry out of control masses as well as education based revolutions that were brought about by the messengers of God. But the ultimate revolution is not going to be anything like the past revolutions because it is going to be at a massive scale be it triggered by small local uprisings or education based programs for betterment of humanity by sincere human beings who care for humanity due to being God conscious people. The Quran constantly talks about two opposing ways of life for mankind and explains here and there in detail some aspects of each of them for mankind to see sense as to which one to follow and why or how and which one to avoid and why or how. In this surah the Quran is explaining for people the consequences of following the wrong way of life and how things end up for the people involved in that process ie the rulers, the money lenders and the religious leadership or mullas on one hand and the ruled masses on the other. However not all is lost rather something good comes out of it despite all hell breaks loose as some people still learn from this harmful and destructive experience and improve things as much as they can and so the process continues till the final revolution takes place for the last time in this world for the best of human beings whereby deen of Islam will become fully established worldwide by hands of mankind themselves as told by God in the Quran. Till then world will remain an unstable place for human beings to live in because of their own lack of knowledge of revelation of God in light of real world realities due to their own foolishness, arrogance and stubbornness whereby they do not see the need for proper understanding of the message of God or its faithful adoption, for they assume they know better so they do not need guidance from God but human history proves they did need guidance to avoid what they did to each other and are still doing to each other for the very same reasons.

Proclaim! In the name of Allah, the provider of psychological, sociological and biological needs of mankind,

1] The terrible revolt!

2] What is the terrible revolt?

3] And what will explain to you the mankind what the terrible revolt is?

4] It is a period of time during which masses rise up and become like scattered moths in state of chaotic agitation against their oppressors,

5] because the seemingly heavy weight anchors of the masses who keep them under their control through their tricks and mechanisms prove powerless like puffed up wool without weight.

6] During such a testing time from among masses he whose scale of goodness for well being of others is found relatively heavier by masses,

7] he has the pleasure of support of the masses.

8] However any oppressor whose scale of goodness for others is found weightless or empty,

9] he will be made to go through hell by masses.

Word HAAVIAH is from root HAA, WOW and YAA. Concrete meaning of this root is agonising or confused state of mind. Also wind, thought, desire, state of helplessness, having no foundation, identity crisis, mental state of chaos and confusion, worry and regret, be in state of panic, be worried about one’s future, to suffer from anxiety, to fear for one’s life or future, to be concerned about one’s own future or well being, to go through hell, to have a very bad or terrible experience, to taste something very unpleasant, to forget who one is, to lose one’s identity, to go mad or cause to go insane or mental etc etc.

10] And what will explain to you the mankind, what this hell is?

11] It is the fierce fire of hatred in minds of masses against their oppressors that makes masses put their oppressors through hell as a consequence of their own doings.

This surah explains the fact that as time passes and people interact with each other they will come to realise who is who and what one is doing and why or how therefore some people will lose support of masses and others will gain support of masses and so a time will come for one or the other kind of revolution that will change the world forever. If things turned really ugly or worst before they turn for the best then there is going to be terrible violence between victims and perpetrators of crimes against them ie it is going to be highly revengeful riot at a huge scale and that will bring terrible worries and regret for those who will have done such things to others and would have brought this situation upon themselves. However all this could be avoided if people learn sense and start living the way they are advised by their creator and sustainer.
