According to the PTI Manifesto......they are going to declare an agriculture "emergency" Do they know what an emergency is? When is the emergenccy going to be declared? is it only going to be declareed or is someone going to do anything practical about it for the farmers? If yes then why hasnt it begu These zombies are actually calling and confusing an agriculture "plan" as an "emergency"....abhey ullu k patho.....stop with the slagans and get to work......abhi i have not even asked about the "education emergency" and the health emergncy........
