yes i know what happens :) is it your guess or u actually know ? (if u are law student or lawyer )
but can police legally give torture during any remand ???

Qanoon k hisaab se tu Police kisi ko nai peet sakti, lekin jin logon ne yeh qanoon banaya tha, khud un ko police ne kai baar peeta aur woh khamosh ho kar beth gaye. waisay bhi aaj kal tu qanoon ka tanta hi khatam hai aur har koi har kisi ko peet sakta hai.

Pysical remand means that the person is in physical custody for further investigation. It never means that any torture could apply during the physical remand to obtain the information. Strictly speaking any torture is not allowed under the law, even in Pakistan.
Reality may be different but this is the law.
