Dont comment on issues that you do not have background knowledge off. Just look at statistics how many white cops are killed in black neighbourhood. If you were that police officer and you see the black guy leap into his car like that despite ordering him to stop with guns drawn what would you do?

the reason you are giving is inherently racist reason. Just because some blacks are gangsters that doesnt mean all have to take precautions! 99% of the cases where police shoots thinking that the Black guy was attempting to withdraw a weapon, have been false. How can you in your right mind think this is ok !! The universal law is innocent until proven guilty, not the other way round for colored people!
By the way if they would want to diffuse and disarm a supposedly armed black guy they could just shoot once on the leg or the arm, blacks are not super villians from marvel universe, they can be stopped like normal humans! not 5 to 10 shots on the chest or back which is usually the case!

Nope. Police was absolutely justified with what they did. Doesn't matter if the guy is white, or brown or black. They have to follow police orders its the law.

Even if the chance of him reaching for a gun was 1% the police has to follow protocol, his actions were the same of that of a person that is reaching for a gun which is a threat. Doesn't matter if its real or not. The threat of deadly force has to be responded to with deadly force so its absolutely the fault of the guy for acting irresponsibly.

If he had followed the law and cooperate with police this would not have ended like this. He decided to act like this, he is responsible for the outcome of his actions.
