There is a limit to this theory. It can't be that resources (no matter how much optimized) can sustain a population. One should have a young, educated & skilled population but that doesn't mean that 300 million people in area like Pakistan can be sustained no matter how well things are run. US is almost an entire continent. There population is only 100 million more than Pakistan. Make US a 1.5 billion country and see where that nation goes.
