He didn’t pledge anything.The lawyers are very adept at presenting reasons and mitigating factors in front of courts.The judges take into account every little detail before passing a verdict.British judges go through a very rigorous academic and practical training.The are not like Qazi Easypaisa who follows orders from agencies.The British judges decide every case on merit and according to law and precedent.
