Government should legalize and tax alcohol. Use the money collected to fix Pakistan's education system.

No doubt Alcohol is forbidden in Islam, but then there are other sins forbidden more vehemently e.g bribery, adulteration of foodstuff, medicines etc which are far more prevalent in the society and are damaging the society compared to alcohol use. Madina state should do well to first tackle them and then bother about alcohol.
