بلے کی بحالی،الیکشن کمیشن پھر سےسرپرائز دینے کیلئے تیار؟اہم اجلاس طلب کرلیا

الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان نے پشاور ہائی کورٹ کی جانب سے بلے کے نشان سے متعلق فیصلے کے بعد کل اہم اجلاس طلب کرلیا ہے۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق کل چیف الیکشن کمشنر سکندر سلطان راجا کی سربراہی میں الیکشن کمیشن کا اہم اجلاس ہوگا جس میں الیکشن کمیشن کے چاروں اراکین اور اسپیشل سیکرٹریز شرکت کریں گے، اجلاس میں الیکشن کمیشن کا لاء ونگ کمیشن اراکین کو پشاور ہائی کورٹ کے فیصلے سے متعلق قانونی بریفنگ دے گا۔

ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ اجلاس میں پشاور ہائی کورٹ کی جانب سے پی ٹی آئی کے انتخابی نشان کے حوالے سے فیصلے پر مشاورت کی جائے گی،ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ الیکشن کمیشن کو پی ٹی آئی انٹراپارٹی انتخابات کے حوالے سے پشاور ہائی کورٹ کا فیصلہ موصول نہیں ہوا۔

خیال رہے کہ آج پشاور ہائی کورٹ نے انتخابی نشان کیس میں الیکشن کمیشن کا فیصلہ معطل کرتے ہوئے پی ٹی آئی کو بلے کے نشان پر انتخاب لڑنے کی اجازت دیدی ہے، فیصلہ پشاور ہائی کورٹ کے جسٹس اعجازانور اور جسٹس ارشد علی نے کیس کی سماعت کی۔
