if this tape does exist then why they did not present this before the judicial commission they could have done the forensic every thing would have been crystal clear I am bit confused

I think it has international level consequences also intelligence reputation is involved. Dr Shahid already hinted out an important personality ask PTI to not bring this thing in judicial Commission.

Main problem is that this tape tape was recorded by a foreign agency and if they produce this tape in front of judicial commission then JC would ask for the source. Do you think agencies would allow them to present it in front of JC?

first ... there was rigging in elections ... so far in every elections in Pakistan, there was rigging to some extent ..
that said .. no Dr doesnt have any tape ..
he is nut job .. when someone has tape it is released anonymously like the IK one and Shahbaz Sharif and Justice Qayyum one ..

IK already apologized for the tape ..
Doctor already submitted official reply in court that he only quoted what IK said ..
whatever he say on media doesnt matter a dime .. what he formally justify in court does ...
