they are not kafirs, they are murtid (The one who deliberately left Islam for other religion). Kafirs can be left alone, but Murtid should be killed, unless he/she renounce and come back to Islam.

No country yet,,even they called themselves muslims in Pakistan without any fear, this is human nature, in pakistan a dictator and several pro mullah governments have tried hard with legislation and police but result was same after all their efforts. so we should leave this matter on them now. may be they are better humans than other Pakistanis.
