U R G E N T - Public registration offices throuout Pakistan need to be established.!!!

Today, Police and Rangers running behind criminals. They operate when the get a solid hint.

How europeans manage it???

Answere is registration offices in every city council.

For Example:

There should be at least 5 registration offices for Capital islamabad.

Islamabad Nord, Islamabad South, Islamabad west, Islamabad East and Islamabad central. Every person living in islamabad must register himself in this office closer to his living area. All foreigners must register them in this office with a copy of Passport and personal appearence in office.

- Every person in Islamabad should get a card or letter of registration for Islamabad

- New Police force required to make spot checks on Streets, Bazars or travelling in Bus or train. (Nadra card is not affective).

- In Present there is no system for Foreigners registration in Pakistan. Foreign Ministry, interior ministry failed to implment solid system to control illegal person. Many agents who were capture in Pakistan, their Visas was long time expired.

Afghani, Raw agents, Mossad agents, CIA agents use different identities and passports to enter Pakistan. This need solid strategy to control them.

- Police must be able to check on spot (remote device) with connection to central Data Bank of registration office if that person's registration is true or false.

- If somebody shifts to other area like from Islamabad to Lahore. He/She must register himself within 4 weeks in new registration office.

- Same should be with CARS registration. New number plates of Lahore if the owner of car moves from Islamabad to Lahore.

We need to use brain and stop running behind criminals, Things could be managed on much better way.

these morons haven't spared even the national CNIC computerized network and machine readable passports' offices, to phir ye system kis kitaar shumaar mein??
This city registration system is successful, not because its flawless, but because of the fact that people running it are honest.
Have you ever heard that any desi was successful in bribing the local city council /foreign office branch officials in Germany/EU??

I agree with you on some points. There are blacksheeps in every Govt. offices in Pakistan. I know that old poor people even pay bribe to get their monthly pension from office. I know that Nawaz Shareef knows it also and Shahbaz Shareef too. May Allah give Hiddayat to those who put sand in people's eyes.

Where i do not agree is: How can we implement a system, if we fear that bribe will fail it??? We do neet implementing such systems and same time block the ways of bribery. We can make change but for that we need to stand up.
