طاہر لقادری کے فالّورز سے دو سوال، جب سپریم کورٹ نے شیخ صاحب کی پٹیشن ریجکٹ کی تھی تب

طاہر لقادری نے دوہری شہریت کیوں نہیں چھوڑ دی تھی؟
وہی پٹیشن لے کے عوامی تحریک کا کوئی اور بندہ کورٹ میں کیوں نہیں گیا؟ جس کی دوہری شہریت نہ ہو؟

Wastage of time and energy to ask for justice from unjust person............Judge is supposed to listen the person but not to stop him speaking .............If Judge is not listening the case put before the court then what else we can expect from him...................person sitting in the court is political and unjust...................decisions are made on merit on the case presented before court only after hearing of arguments given by petitioner but not by stopping the petitioner to give his arguments...... .............................

As Tahir ul Qadri is not willing to surrender his Canadian nationality therefore he can't take part in elections, so now he is asking not to vote anyone because voting to anyone will bring PPP and PMLN back in power.

My question to Qadri is that if we don't vote for anyone, will that bring someone new in power?

If you read the decision of the court it says he could not show his god intentions. He was trying to give lectures o Supreme Court and they saw through him. It all started when he tried to play the same trick on Supreme Court that he does on his followers by saying he worked hard for restoration of democracy. Hell he did nothing. The court knew it and said please proceed to your arguments rather then wasting time. He could not convince the court. They did not want him to waste their time.

اور ذرا یہ بتانا کہ جوزف کالونی والا سوو موٹو کس کے خلاف تھا؟ اور کس حکومت کی سرزنش ہوئی؟

kionkey elections key baad kisi ko kuch pata nahin ,key kis tarah ki hakoomat ho gi.aur kitney saal chaley gi.

Aur phir Agli baari Qadri sahib apna patta sahi khelain gey. aur awaam main maqboliyat bhi barh jaaye gi.

در اصل قادری صاحب کی یہ پٹیشن انتہائی اہم اور قومی مفاد میں تھی۔ لیکن قادری صاحب سے تین غلطیاں ہوئیں۔

پہلی یہ کہ انہیں خود پٹیشنر نہیں بننا چاہیے تھا بلکہ پاکستان عوامی تحریک کے کسی انتخابی اُمیدوار کو پٹیشنر بنانا چاہیے تھا۔اس طرح ایک اہم ”کاز آف ایکشن “ بن سکتا تھا۔
دوسری غلطی یہ ہوئی کہ انہیں ایک اچھے وکیل کو مقرر کر کے سپریم کورٹ کے سامنے پیش کرنے کی نجائے وہ خود پیش ہوگئے اور ججز صاحبان کی طرف سے اٹھائے گئے آئینی اور قانونی نکات کا جواب نہ دے سکے۔
اور تیسری یہ کہ انہیں براہ راست سپریم کورٹ جانے کی بجائے پہلے ہائی کورٹ جانا چاہیے تھا۔اس طرح انہیں اپیل کے لیے بھی ایک فورم مل جاتا۔
