So why not just enjoy it as it has been conceived, for often times translations either suck the spirit out of the writing or at best fail to live up to the original feelings and concept. Here is words by words translation:

Wraz(Din) Da(hai) da(ka) akhtar(Eid) da(k) Khushalo(Khushi) sandaray(Songs) waya(Gao).

Watan(Mulk) de(hai) da(ka) pukhto(which means Ghairat/Honor, So pukhtoon means a guy having Honor and dignity) da(k) pukhtano(Pukhtoono) sandaray(Songs) waya(Gao).

Waya(Gao) Waya(Gao) Da(K) Pukhtano(Pukhtoono) Sandaray(Songs) Waya(Gao).

Here is translation as a Whole:

Din Hai Eid Ka, Khushaali k Geet Gao.

Mulk hai pukhto(Ghairat/Honor walay logo) ka, Pukhtoono k Geet Gao.

Gao Gao Pakhtoono k Geet gao.

Note that: The word Pukhtoon is used for a guy having honor/dignity, So the poet is not referring to Pashtoon when he says that Pukhtoono k geet gao, but in a broad sense he is referring that this is the Land of honorable and dignified people so sing the songs of such people..
