Election commission never said that they was any planned rigging against any particular party or in favor of one party. There were irregularities and lesson should be learned to make changes in existing laws. Election commissioner should be given more budget and should be allowed to have their own staff to conduct election rather than relying on government employees.
Even UK general election faced these sort of irregularities especially in electoral roll and bogus voter were found in mainly Asian populated area.

irregularities means out of constitution.if election is not according to constitution means results of elections are also bogus

اس رپورٹ کے سمجھنے کے لیے انسان کو کم از کم پٹواری نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔
پریزائیڈنگ آفیسز لگانا، انکی ٹریننگ کرنا، مقناطیسی سیائی کا استعمال یقینی بنانا، جعلی وؤٹ کی چھپائی روکنا اور ڈالنا، پولنگ سکیم بنانا اور انہیں تبدیل نہ ہونے دینا، جعل سازوں کو سزا دلوانا وغیرہ کس کاکام تھا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ یہ سب کام الیکشن کمیشن کا کام تھا۔
کوئی ایک عاد بے ضابطگی ہو تو اور اسکا رزلٹ پہ اثر نہ پڑتا ہو تو معافی مل بھی سکتی ہے لیکن بقول فافن 70 ہزار سے زیادہ بے قاعدگیاں ہوئیں ہیں لیکن پٹواریوں اور نوروں کو ابھی تک منظم دھاندلی نظر نہیں آتی۔ آئیگی بھی نہیں کیونکہ فائدہ تو نوروں، اسکے حواریوں اور پی پی پی کو جاتاہے۔
یہ سب بھی چھوڑوں، اگر نورے اتنے سچے تھے تو 4 حلقے کیوں نہیں کھولنے دیے ؟
