PTI formed central monitoring cell to evaluate performance of organisation at all levels ...
Dear All,
The Chairman desires that a merit based system is developed to evaluate the performance of the new appointees in interim setup of the Party which was formed on the 23rd May 2015.
Accordingly, a Monitoring Cell has been created at the Chairman’s Secretariat.
All Provincial Organizers are requested to adhere to the following initial targets:
All District Organizers and Deputy Organizers within their respective jurisdictions should be appointed by 5th July 2015 and their details sent to the Monitoring Cell.
Provincial Executive Councils shall be appointed by 10th July, 2015 and details of members sent to the Monitoring Cell.
All District Executive Councils should be completed by 10th July and reports thereof sent to the Provincial Organizers with advance copy to the Monitoring cell.
LG Elections are scheduled to be held by 20th September, 2015. Therefore, ideally Local Government tickets should be finalized by 31st July 2015 so as to enable the contesting candidates to campaign for the next six weeks.
As the process of Local Government Elections has been completed in KPK, the Provincial Organizer is requested to send complete list of returned Candidates of PTI and other parties district-wise, along with their observations if any. After receipt of the report a meeting will be convened for consultation on future strategy of formation of District Governments.
As a means of regular feedback all Organizers are requested as follows:
On 1st and 16th of each month a report on the formal meetings of the Provincial/ District Bodies carried out should be submitted. A meeting of the Provincial / District Executive Councils must be held at least once in 15 days. These meetings must have a formal Agenda, must be formally minuted and the Minutes sent to the Monitoring Cell.
Provincial Organizers are requested to send their reports directly to the Monitoring Cell while the District Organizers will submit these reports to their respective Provincial organizers and send an advance copy of the reports to the Monitoring Cell.
Meetings of Tehsil Councils should also be carried out with the same regularity and their reports submitted to the District bodies with advance copies to the respective Provincial organisers.
On 1st and 16th of each month, a report of the Organizational and Political activities of the Province/District Organisers is to be submitted.These reports should include a schedule of activities carried out in the respective time period, including meetings with workers, political joinings etc. These reports should also be sent as detailed in (b) above.
