It is strange that while honourable justice Iqbal Hameed ur rahman resigned from supreme court on his own once a supreme court bench held that some appointments made by him while he was Islamabad high court chief justice , were beyond the regulations , but the current Islamabad high court Chief who is charged with much worse irregularities and also including in his complicity later as CJ IHC in what is already ruled by the supreme court , but he is resisting resigning.
It has become practice that top post holders domiciled from smaller provinces in federal government are not removed from service even if found to be corrupt , and they use provincial card to avoid dismissal from service.
That a section of Islamabad high court bar association lawyers have collectively asked IHC CJ justice Kasi to leave like Iqbal Hameed ur rahman but he is resisting. Result is that one group of corrupt PPP lawyers who have got a bar president posting is supporting stay of IHC CJ Kasi and in the process the embattled chief justice Kasi has become a mere tool of these selfish supporters of his from no where . So IHC has gone to PPP lawyers.Kasi has become a dummy and does not make decisions against this lobby.
What is even stranger is that jamaat linked justice Shaukat Aziz against whom case is in supreme judicial council for corruption and whose illegalities are numerous is aligning with PPP lawyers and protecting justice Kasi and in return this justice is part of committee formed to look into illegal appointments.
How can a justice whose case is in supreme judicial council still be not only working but also determining about service irregularities arising from CJ IHC made appointments rendered illegal by supreme court.
If any newspaper will write about this they will call him to supreme court or IHC and say you have scandalized the court.
