if any one remembers, when indus air was suppposed to launch, PIA did many crash landings...and rats were found in every other flight of PIA, then zardari launched indus air....now PIA is again being targetted, starting from this crash...and now.....SERENE air will be launched......this is my perception...

jise jana tha chala gaya Allah behtar kare unke liye. likin mamla sirf yahan khattam nahi hota. 42 passengers ki jaan ka kon zimedar hai? CAA rules ke mutabik har flight check CAA inspector monitored hona chahiye. CAA ke flight standards department me 6-7 inspectors is waqt mojood hai jo zaroorat ke mutabik pure hain likin kyo sif 2 inspectors ne thane dari machai hoi hai, kyo baki ke instructors ko checks monitor karne ke liye nahi bheja jata wo beth kar tankhwa kyo le rahe hain or kam nahi kar rahe jis ki waja se majorioty of chks monitored nahi hotey. in inspectors ke bacho ko bhi dekha jaye ke wo kahan kam kr rahe hain or kese. kyo is crew me se kuch ka flight check without inspector monitoring kiya gaya, or kyo pass kiya gaya, flight check forms nikale jaye is crew ke file se or dekhaya jaye ke os per kia remarks likhe hain, or jis ne flight chk pass kia oska naam bhi media per samne laya jaye. 1 engine fire koi bari baat nahi hoti or easily land kia ja sakta tha. training standard ka masla hai or iska zimedar PIA se zada CAA hai, DG CAA jawab do kyo tumhare purane batch mates 2 baar fail ho kr bhi nikale nahi jatey airline se. Allah behtar janta hai kia hoa or masla kia tha likin sawal krna media ka haq hai ta ke mazeed jane bach sake

ISLAMABAD: A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight 48 people, which was en route to Islamabad from the northern city of Chitral crashed near Abbottabad on Wednesday.
PIA aircraft ATR-42 (AP-BHO) crashed near Havelian at 1642 hours, 42 passengers, five crew members and one ground engineer were on board, PIA spokesperson said in a statement. Rescue efforts are underway, and we are ascertaining the extent of damage to life of those on board the aircraft.
The crash site is near a small village called Saddha Batolni near Havelian, the spokesperson added.
An earlier airline statement said the ATR-42 turboprop aircraft had lost contact.

According to the passengers list, former singer Junaid Jamshed, wife, as well as DC Chitral and his wife were onboard the ill-fated plane. Two German researchers were also on the flight.

Meanwhile, militarys media wing ISPR said the Pakistan Army dispatched troops and helicopters to the crash site for rescue efforts.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar directed all authorities to immediately reach the site and start rescue and relief operations.
In 2012, a passenger aircraft had crashed near Islamabad while trying to land during a thunderstorm, killing all 127 people on board. The Bhoja Air flight B-213 from Karachi burst into flames after coming down in fields near a village on the outskirts of the capital as it tried to land in rain and hail at the citys international airport.
In 2010, an Air Blue flight ED-202 from Karachi had crashed into Margalla Hills near the capital with 152 people on board.
Survivors unlikely, many bodies burnt
There are unlikely to be any survivors from the crashed plance, a government official on the scene said. All of the bodies are burned beyond recognition. The debris is scattered, Taj Muhammad Khan, a government official based in the Havelian region, told Reuters.
Khan, who was at the site of the crash, added that witnesses told him the aircraft has crashed in a mountainous area, and before it hit the ground it was on fire.

چترال سے اسلام آباد آنے والا پی آئی اے کا مسافر طیارہ پی کے 661 حویلیاں کے قریب گر کر تباہ ہوگیا ہے، طیارے میں عملے سمیت 40 افراد سوار تھے جن میں معروف اسکالر جنید جمشید اور ان کی اہلیہ بھی شامل ہیں۔
جنید جمشید دعوت تبلیغ کے سلسلے میں چترال گئے تھے جب کہ انہیں جمعہ کو پارلیمنٹ ہاؤس کی مسجد میں بھی خطاب کرنا تھا، جنید جمشید کے بھائی نے بھی تصدیق کی ہے کہ جنید جمشید بھی اسی پروا ز میں تھے۔
