It is again bad legal advice to Nawaz to reduce the duration of bar on account of conviction under clause 62 and 63 , better is to add definition and explanation to the clause so that its range of operation is clearly defined . There will not be enough votes for this unless Zardari sees that Nawaz with overseas friends help as overpowered umpires finally.
It cannot be extended to court justices as they being from lawyer stuff , have to lie all the time as a part of professional duty and that they have covered their crimes by clause that " every accused should have access to a attorney".
It cannot be extended to police and military as their success of operation depends on deception and false fronts.
