OUT OF 4000 Seat PMLN was able to fill only 1500 in Rawalpindi
An unemployed female, who was leaving the pindal during CM speech with distressed face, revealed to this scribe that Sheikh Anwar Secretary to MNA Muhammad Hanif Abbasi made her a phone call on her cell number asking to attend today’s gathering along with her family members at RIC. She added that Sheikh Anwar also promised her that he would try his best to provide her a suitable job anywhere by making special request to Hanif Abbasi if she came with family members.“Now I have been here for last two hours. Sheikh is not picking up his cellphone. I know he called me here just to expand the gathering. I am going back to my home. I do not need any job,” she said in chocked voice.
EVEN REST OF PEOPLE WERE GOV EMPLOYESS
RAWALPINDI - Despite forced presence of hundreds of policemen and women police in plain clothes and officials of City District Government Rawalpindi (CDGR) in general and the men from Revenue department in particular, PML-N local leadership failed to make “Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology gathering” as a big show.
Re: Hanfi Abbasi & PMLN Promise Job if I attend PMLN Jalsa: Jobless Female
I am from Rawalpindi and there was no Jalsa in Rawalpindi. It was hospital opening ceremony and you can not ask everyone to come and attend that. Chief Minister do these sort of opening ceremonies on daily basis.
PTI supporter has no brain but whatever they have is lost.

Lays foundation-stones of Sixth Road flyover, Institute of Urology
Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif Tuesday laid foundation stone of much anticipated Sixth Road Flyover at the Benazir Bhutto Road and Institute of Urology at the Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi (PMAS-AAUR) and inaugurated Cardiology Centre at the Rawal Road as part of mega development plan of the provincial government for the city.
The chief minister unveiled the plaque and laid the foundation stone to launch work at the Sixth Road Flyover, soon after arriving in the city. The project is second of its kind on Benazir Bhutto Road as Chandni Chowk Flyover was launched earlier this year in March. Sixth Road Flyover is scheduled to be completed within four months at an estimated cost of Rs1.14 billion.
Speaking on the occasion, Shahbaz Sharif directed the concerned officials to complete this mega project in scheduled time. No substandard work would be tolerated at any cost, he said.
The officials of the city district government, including DCO, Captain (r) Saqib Zafar and RDA Director General Chaudhry Mohammad Naseer and Wasa Managing Director Raja Shaukat were also present on the occasion along with MNAs, Hanif Abbasi, Shakil Awan and MPAs of the Rawalpindi constituencies.
Later, Shahbaz Sharif unveiled the plaque of the Institute of Urology Centre at the Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, Shamshabad. The total cost of the 265-bed hospital is estimated to be Rs3.6 billion.
This project would be completed in a two-year time on the condition of availability of funds. However, according to related bodies including the city district government, the Punjab government has already released first phase of funds for working on the project.
Later, the chief minister inaugurated Cardiology Centre at Rawal Road. The project initiated some 4 months ago has been completed at a cost of Rs2.6 billion. After inaugurating the Cardiology Centre, Shahbaz Sharif took a round of various wards and blocks of this newly constructed Cardiology Centre.
Addressing the hospital staff, party workers and leaders of PML-N, Shahbaz Sharif recounted the development measures taken all over Punjab during his tenure. He said that record development schemes of health and traffic control have been implemented.
Besides this, Shahbaz Sharif said his government has paid special attention to promotion of education in the province. New educational institutions like schools and colleges both for boys and girls have been opened since PML-N took power in Punjab. Scholarships have been awarded to brilliant students of colleges, schools and universities, he added.
He said that many hurdles were created in the way of their government to prevent it from delivering to the masses in a proper way. However, with the will of God Almighty, our party has delivered and lived up to the satisfaction of the people, he added.
