Athar Minallah as CJ of Islamabad high court can be threat to Imran Khan?

Is Athar Minallah as a CJ of Islamabad high court a threat to PTI and Imran Khan? I mean this guy will entertain every kind of pentition against PTI and Imran Khan .

I just want to know the law that because this guy blindly gives favor to PMLN.

This person didn't even spare the established traditions of the judiciary by trying to 'rescue' NAWAZ and writing a 'marathon' decision for bail instead of taking two pages to do the same. He would not leave a stone unturned to topple PTI's govt and to put hampers in its ways as far as he could.
