Our constitution, of which these lame liars keep talking about, it clearly states the following:


63. Disqualifications for membership of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament):

(1) A person shall be disqualified from being elected or chosen as, and from being, a member of the Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament), if:-
(a) he is of unsound mind and has been so declared by a competent court; or
(b) he is an undischarged insolvent; or
(c) he ceases to be a citizen of Pakistan, or acquires the citizenship of a foreign State; or
(d) he holds an office of profit in the service of Pakistan other than an office declared by law not to disqualify its holder; or...............



This is already written in the constitution, so why is the SC allowing these filthy liars to remain members?

They should not be allowed as far as they leave the other nationality..On a larger picture Dual nationality is not workable..it can be mis-used..

They should be allowed to participate in election however with an undertaking to relinquish any other nationality once they are elected akin to the practice in Armed forces of Pakistan. Furthermore election commission should enact a law to ensure no political party head holds more than one nationality and that he has spent at least five years in Pakistan either studying or working.

This action was due long ago. Ban them for parliament if they don't give back their foreign nationality.

I would suggest not only ban them but also put Election commision of Pakistan in Trial, why they allowed dual nationals to participate in elections?? Why there was no certificate asked from election commision in advance when these things are detailed described in pakistani constitution.

Assuming "participation" does not mean voting, yes I agree. Duel citizenship citizens should not be allowed to be a member of parliament, senate, or hold any public office.
