From his speeches where he tries to hit the Mic, and from his photos where he want's to portray himself as Indiana Jones or Alama Iqbal it is very evident that he is more of a showbaaz and the fake myth of him being a great administrator is created by Lifafa Anchors/Media that Noon leak is fond of bribing using public money.
