wooow. Its 70% effective, means it kills 70 mosquitoes out of 100, which leaves us with 30 mosquitoes. In lines below, the source claim that the spray is not killing mosquitoes, but helping them in multiply in number.

Which claim is correct? 70% efficacy or Number Multiplication.

Well this defense is not enough. Fix the problem.

Whoever was responsible is another topic but KPK govt needs to fix this.

Lucky for people of KPK, winter is approaching. That would give them some relief from dengue virus.
