Just because his lies and bigotry favours my stance I am not going to condone this fool.
The Quran nor the Prophet could ever say anything like this, in fact the Quran talks about a great and powerful Queen who was defeated at the hands of Prophet Suliman, never does it say her kingdom was defeated because she was a woman but rather because she was a mushrik.
So stop believing such nonsense against women written by old persians falsely attributed to the Prophet just so they could keep their women in check. Most probably scenario is some woman was becoming very popular among the masses and a direct threat to the rulers power, so he told his scholars to make up a "hadith" about women can never be leaders and rulers so regardless of her popularity making her the ruler would be a "sin" and going against the deen,
This is how men, rulers and mullahs manipulated people by fabricated hadith.
