Karachi has been in troubles exactly for such reasons. Karachi should be rules by people of Karachi, who are Urdu Speaking and more Pakistanis than anyone else in Pakistan. Till this is resisted and Urdu Speaking are intentionally sidelined, Karachi will continue to be in turmoil. If Lahore, Peshawar, Larkana, and Quetta are owned by locals, why Karachi should not be owned by Urdu Speaking?
