Unfortunately, in this case he is not ... Please do read someone case before making unjust statements. He had been framed, the guy who gave statement that drugs belonged to him has retracted his statement. If he was from anyother country, he might had a chance, but this government has no teeth to help its citizens.

He had been framed, the guy who gave statement that drugs belonged to him has retracted his statement. If he was from anyother country, he might had a chance, but this government has no teeth to help its citizens.

I talked of criminals not of any particular person. Whether innocent or guilty is for the law to decide.

Again, guys in SA are caught with evidence. They are usually used as mules, and that is a different story. This guy was not caught with any evidence. The other guy who was caught, gave a statement that drugs belonged to him to save his skin. Latter, he retracted his statement....

Laws are man made and can be wrong. Indonesia is definitely no where near to most just countries, when it comes to judiciary.
