KARACHI: Speaker of the Sindh Assembly Nisar Khoro after receiving the resignation of Zulfiqar Mirza said that it had been accepted, Geo News reported.
Prior to accepting the resignation, Khoro said he had spoken to Mirza and that he had informed the Governor and Chief Minister about the resignation.
On Saturday while speaking to Geo News Khoro had said that he had not received Mirzas resignation letter from the post of MPA Sindh Assembly.
Zulfiqar Mirza on August 28, 2011 had announced that we would be resigning from all party and government posts.
