Tum logon ki soch kitni bachgana hai. You guys think people are scared of being hanged !? This is Pakistan. Already Pakistan executes a LOT of people. And yet there is no break in Crime. Do you know why? Its because every criminal has confidence that the LAW will not catch them. And if by some stroke of badluck they do get caught, then thats an isolated incident. Because the norm is people do not get caught. You can't put the fear of death in people if people know the Law only works 1/5th of the time.
