1. ZH has a tendency to blame the victim for the crime.:35:

2. Now this might seem nice and might work when "explaining" international incidents, but, this line of thinking is now being used to explain incidents of violence in Pakistan.

3. a) Arson following the Ashura bombings in Karachi was blamed on the city government.:aargh4:

b) The assassination attempt on Sheikh Rashid Ahmed was blamed on Sheikh Rashid himself, because he did not die in that attack. People said this on TV.:13:
