i do not understand why the doctors are on such a dangerous path, if you are after money then don't be a doctor or a nurse, there are certain professions that they are called civil services like police, nurse and doctor and they hardly go on strike, and there purpose is to serve the nation.

They got 2 raises in past one year, so money should not be objective :(
