well congrats to doctors. but please pressurise the government in some other way not by strikes. What you can do is whenever any patient comes for treatment give them some valid political education to change the fate of pakistan. Now here you can tell them to use their vote rightly and tell them how they will be benefited if they dont sell their vote and cast their vote to the correct person.

nahi dont worry. they will not they dont belong to Shareef's , butto's or zardari family. They are sons of this soil most of them from the same background who fought punjab govt. negligence in dengue while working 100 + hours a week, which is insane. If we cant pay them good money we need to give them respect atleast.
again i am not a doc and I have nothing to do with this. but i am a professional and I do understand their service structure demand. which is the very basic thing any professional expect after university.

more to this they are some of the best people of our society who work really hard to get to this level. We need to give them respect.

again a request to YDA please educate ppl and take it as our future in pakistan. Spread this word among all of your fellow docs to convince ppl to rightly cast their vote and inshaAllah future will be ours not political dictators.

If YDA members had any sense they would never have let their leadership turn it into PMLN vs Doctors debate. The court order should be a wake up call to YDA members. Every segment of society has called this strike inhuman and wrong and if any further strikes are observed Govt. has a legal basis for stopping it. YDA bluffed and Punjab Govt called the bluff.

YDA was on OPD strike only ...Punjab govt said that we will crush YDA and strted arresting drs..YDA called for complete strike including OPDs,Indoors and Emergencies...After 4 days Punjab Govt ki phoonk nikal gai and they released all YDA leaders...Ab Sirf Emergency Services Open hoi hain..Complete strike will still be done in OPDs and Indoors..Tau mujhay zara samjhana kay masla solve kaisay how??lol..

Dr sahab, Man jain YDA lost it. How much support YDA has on streets? They have alienated PMLN, whats waiting for them if PMLN again comes to power (a strike near elections is far more damaging then a strike after elections). Other political parties are using YDA strike to criticize on PMLN but for how long are they going to do that? YDA in their respective areas will also demand the same salary structure sooner or later, these political parties can't afford YDA to get its way in Punjab (that will ensure YDA strikes in their respective constituencies).

YDA has bluffed, Punjab Gvt has called that bluff. Its only downhill from here. Public is behind PMLN on this issue, the brutality you speak of has been applauded by the public. Most importantly public policy will always be decided by the elected bodies, they still have a hundred different ways of screwing YDA. YDA could have been successful if it had public support, but there is none. YDA will soon lose the support of other political parties (except PTI, which is not in power at the moment).

کیا آپ کو ڈاکٹر بننے سے پہلے ان باتوں کا پتا نہیں تھا؟ اگر پیسا ہی کمانا تھا تو کوئی اور ذریعہ معاش اختیار کرتے۔ ڈاکٹر کا کام دکھی انسانیت کی خدمت کرنا ہے، ہیلتھ کے ضابطہ اخلاق میں ہڑتال نام کی کوئی چیز نہیں۔اور ڈاکٹری ایک معزز پیشہ ہے ، ڈاکٹرز نے اپنے پیشے کو پیسا بنانے کا ذریعہ بنا کر اپنے ہی پیشے کی توہین کی ہے۔ جہاں تک سروس سٹرکچر کا تعلق ہے، اس کے لیے پنجاب کے کل بجٹ سے زیادہ رقم کی ضرورت اور طویل وقت کی ضرورت ہے ، اتنی دیر تک او پی ڈیز اوردیگر امور کا بائیکاٹ کیے رکھنے کا کیا جواز ہے۔اور کیا ڈاکٹرز کی اس دوران کی تنخوا ہ وصول کرنے کی مجاز بھی ہیں یا نہیں۔

عدالت نے اگر پنجاب حکومت کے اقدامات پر برہمی کا اظہار کیا ہے وہاں ڈاکٹرز کی ہڑتال کو بھی توہین عدالت قرار دیا ہے۔حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ڈاکٹروں کی ہڑتا ل کا نہ کوئی جواز ہے اور نہ ہی انھیں عوامی یا نشریاتی پزیرائی حاصل ہوئی ہے۔

YDA isnt seeking public sympathy meray bhai. ..We know media is on their side..YDA is standing firm on it stance that we want service structure and whole drs community is united in these demands..Isiliye they have not called off strike in OPDs and Indoors...PML_N govt said we will crush YDA...SO why did they release YDA leadership and asked the same drs to come back...Reason there arent any other drs available..CM punjab was misled by beurocracy and i hope CM has learnt his lesson and will have to give in to the demands of YDA...Trust me Service structure isnt that big of a demand that CM cant give..Service structure na dia tau OPD aur Indoor ki strike aaisay he chaltee rahay gee...

Mere Khayal me Government ko Drs ki demand maan leni chahiye. unko service structure bhi de dena chahiye or Pay rise bhi, Magar unki 2 conditions ke muqable me apni bhi 2 conditions rakhni chahiye.

1. jo bhi government hospital me job karega wo private kaam nahi kar sakega.
2. kam az kam 15 saal tak job chor kar overseas nahi ja sakenge.

warna to service structure of pay rise government de or Khidmat Private clinics wale patients ki ho or jab FCPS clear karke specialist ban jayenge to overseas nikal jayenge.
