One I remember was an under arm last ball in a one dayer between Australia and New Zealand many years back. The infamous "Bodyline" test series of 1932-33 where the English bowlers targeted the Australian batsmen with dangerous bouncers was much worse then the above. It caused political outrage in both countries.
