PTI have worked it out with professionals and they cannot go wrong. There was dire need for budget houses and is a good step to start with. When construction starts employment expands and economy improves.

Govt has land.... all of Balochistan is there waiting to be developed....People have money... just needs to be channelised with security assurance... This will also create millions of jobs... The only thing is fixtures used in building should also be made in Pakistan and not able imported..

He was able to plant Billion trees in KP. It is not that he can complete 5 million homes in 5 years it rather if he starts building these and he starts giving it the the poor will make a difference. Of course it takes time but deliverance on ground can be seen if it is happening. We have vibrant media which will not let any one forget his promise and do not forget the microscopic eyes of PTIs own followers. PTI in Govt will be kept on toes by all the media on its promises. They have to do better n i am sure they will do well

Can easily build, as long as financing aligns with construction. I was intimately involved in trying to set-up financing for home based solar projects, payback within 5 years, all insurance taken care of, recovery systems in place, and no bank wanted to bite because the government (read: Punjab government) did not want to allow banks to finance home solar. Go figure. Could easily convert 50,000+ homes to solar each year, but no.
