Nisar Ali khan a cork , he can float as always but how is this going to happen ? He is part of the great potohar power lobby which has eclipsed the karachi power group in centre since PPP took sindh and Karachi was taken by person of traitor type characteristics meaning Altaf Hussain.
It is not the Quetta lawyers deaths in bomb blast and Justice Isa comments in commission report which is hurting him ,as to prevent that not just his duty but primarily provincial government , police and then army and army agencies , besides Qazi isa like frontier origin judge Dost of KPK origin in supreme court is reckless with hyperbole statements , but his recommendations to hand over forensic labs to scientists and for police to take pictures of crime scene are good recommendations. Most justices of smaller provinces in IHC and SC are political appointees and semipoliticians , same is true for Punjab.
The real reason in my view of possible ouster of Nisar khan is his performance on UK cases of Altaf Hussain where he is seen to have helped Altaf by various illegal acts like delaying cooperation and evidence from this end on the pretext of doing local investigations.
Now as DG rangers of karachi and corp coomander karachi are in premier positions in GHQ , time has come to ask him some questions.
Nisar has proposed to reduce penalty of illegal occupiers in illegal dissposession act from ten years to three years and so to help them now they will always get bail , already facilitated by judgement of Asif Khosa , boith acting in unison along with Saiq Nisar to help the goonda and illegal occupiers .
Allegations against Nisar of appropriating upto 100000 kanals by these methods are rife.
He sounded a nice guy but his help to Altaf did not go un noticed .
