First of all PTI promised:
1) Police reforms - Without going into much details, even Punjab and Sindh IGs have admitted that KPK police reforms are brilliant and this has been hailed by many experts from all parties so not even a question. Patwari system was also completely overhauled and appreciated by neutrals.
2) Education - Massive budget allocations, course reforms, ghost teachers, biometric monitoring system and repair of destroyed schools has made a significant difference. Again the steps have been appreciated by many independent sources but these reforms will take years to make real difference plus a lot more needs to be done which was not possible in 5 years. Many sources have confirmed siginificant increase in government admissions, people quitting private schools.
3) Health - Almost all shows conducted so far has confirmed how health reforms have made siginificant difference, free medicines, tests, better facilities, cleaner hospitals and medical insurance has made huge difference but these were harder to implement due to resistance but now for the first time people are going to gov hospitals instead of private. Doctors from other provinces now want same salary packages as KPK.
4 - Devolution of power and local bodies elections - This was delivered within months and there are countless examples where Sindh & Punjab local bodies want similar powers and funds like KPK.
5 - Other reforms - Countless other laws like Right to information, Rigt to Services etc are appreciated internationally. Ehtesaab commission is something i believe they failed to deliver as promised so hopefully a competent replacement will be appointed soon.
So you saying PTI government failed to deliver is completely baseless because PTI never promised to build roads and bridges as HUMAN DEVELOPMENT was always the focus. Infratructure development is also important but should never be a priority when we are so far behind rest of the world on human development.
As for elections, great to hear your hope in KPK is Maulana Fazl ur Rehman, man who sells Islam purely for personal gains. Yes PMLN forming alliance with maulanas of KPK will effect PTI especially if so called liberals PPP and ANP also join in but anyone who thinks maulana Fazal will improve KPK more than PTI need their head examined.
KPK deserves MUCH better than munafiq Diesel and inshallah they will get PTI once again.
