Will NS give a Presidential (or Prime Ministerial) pardon to Kalboshan???

Even-though death sentence is awarded to Kalboshan but he still has a a lot of avenues to seek justice or ask for a mercy.

His last option will probably be to request a Presidential pardon. What will be the response of NS if things end up in his court???

Well, one can only expect an "electrifying statement" from PMLN leadership in this case. I am thankful the chief did not ask to electrocute Kalbhushan. But lets see.. this will not go too far, I agree.

Strategically, we will not only be offending India, but Iran as well, therefore we cannot really rally in there with horses unleashed. There certainly will be a repercussion and a price which Pakistan will not be willing to pay. But, Gawadar is a growing threat, you will see Sino-Sinclairs jumping into the scenes pretty soon.

1st of all, all the anchors and other people dubbing this move a very hard stance of Pak Army is kind of silly. Death penalty is minimum for a spy and it should be no surprise with this verdict. However I feel there will be no pardon but a swap deal/prisoner exchange will probably happen down the road.

army should not raise people hopes knowing that we will be making some sort of deal with india sooner or later.
