I dont know why media and politicians keep repeating this statement....specially PTI.
2017 cannot be an election year, no matter what. Elections wont be held without census and delimitation. And that will take 6-8 months at least. Plus electoral reforms bill needs to pass. Without that, elections will be a repeat of 2013...perhaps even worse.

کسی بھی مہذب ملک میں عدالت میں زیر غور کسی کیس کا نتیجہ آنے سے پہلے کسی بھی قسم کی تشہیر کو عدالت عظمی پر منفی دباؤ ڈالنے کے مترادف سمجھا جاتا ہے جو کہ بحیثیت مجموعی ایک غیر اخلاقی فعل ہے جسے بعض مہذب ممالک میں غیر قانونی توہین عدلیہ کے زمرے میں لیا جاتا ہے. پاکستان میں ایسی قانون سازی کی ضرورت ہے جو عدالتی سماعت کے دوران اور فیصلہ آنے سے پہلے زیر سماعت اشخاص اور تنظیموں کو اشتہار و بیان بازی سے بزور قانون روکے تاکہ عدلیہ اپنا کام بغیر کسی دباؤ کے سر انجام دے سکے.
