If US was not in Afghanistan for nation Building then where did trillion dollars aid went?

if Afghan govt has spent one billion on common people. they would have fought for them. But they transferred trillions to UAE. In Afghanistan, all wars have been for resources. That is why, taliban attacked the border crossings. There is no other way now for Afghan govt. It is all about logistics and that is in taliban control. First it will be kandahar, then prison clear up in bagram and then Kabul will fall by itself.
