Prime Minister Imran Khan reiterated that the revamped domestic cricket structure will help produce high-quality talent in the country which will excel at the international level to take Pakistan cricket to great heights. He also approved of PTV Sports’ new satellite broadcast deal with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) which was signed for three years on the occasion.

• Why there is still the purchi system in selection?

• Is Imran khan aware of the present situation of our team?

• Is it fair to say that we need to replace Ehsan Mani with someone else who is more capable?

Pakistan has already lost this series of England though we need to wait for the final result to come.

Because PTI govt has an execution problem due to incompetence

Because it inherited an incompetent, impotent club-level structure operating for the last two decades. New players weren't just ready there in their kits and waiting for the new system.

You make players from the U15 Levels up until the national team. It will take 5, 6 years to show results considering destruction done in the last two decades.

There was no focus on the quality of the cricket and competition. 16 Club-level teams with pathetic quality playing Quaid e Azam trophy on green tops with the third-grade ball was worst than a club-level competition.
It destroyed batsmen's skills of playing spin, long innings, temperament and trundlers used to top the charts.

No High-Performance Centers were built, No Academies were built, No Stadiums were built, Nothing was done to improve the quality of the competition.

PSL has been sold as covering for the lack of the PCB back then, which in all legal, logistics terms was a different entity in every aspect.

Thank you, brother, for your honest feedback but how can we improve the purchi system and why can we give respect to our first-class cricket? moreover is this time for Mani to go or he will stay for another 3 three years to make sure everything will settle down.

PCB is basically commercial and structural organization. It has very less to do with talent.

But unfortunate there are no talent available in domestic cricket as well. From where they can bring talent? PSL is a big platform but we can only see below average players in PSL as well.

Probably, PSL could be the criteria of T-20 but how on earth it becomes the sole criteria for Test Matches and ODI's.

I already mentioned.........We can not see any good players in the domestic cricket..........

Please check the video, in which there is a complete 2 years analysis.... Pakistani team is in a complete decline since Mani Sahab has taken over. It is not just about one series it's about the past 10 series.

This system was introduced in 2019. There is no meritocracy, there is still no energy and zeal.

Pakistan has only won against Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, and South Africa across three formats.

Domestic is good way to find the quality cricketers.
But when you have emergency, then search the raw talent and bring them forward.
