Why Supreme court hearing Imran Khan disqualification case is a good thing

In my opinion, Cjp and other two judges hearing this case is a good thing.This Tyrian white issue has been like a sword hanging on Imran khan's head.And, It can be used in future to disqualify him.Before this bench, A application was submitted in Islamabad High Court and the last bench formed was of Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Athar Minallah.Many people thought that Imran Khan will be disqualified cause of these two judges in the bench.

While the bench was broken due to Athar Minallah rescuing himself from the case due to his close relation with Ifthikar Chaudhary, A threat of disqualification was always there.The issue here was that these judges including other judges from Islamabad High Court couldn't be trusted.But, Now supreme court have taken the case and it will be decided once for all.I don't think that Imran is under any threat of disqualification under this supreme court bench and we can expect justice from them.

Yeah, Like that worked out very well with Nawaz Sharif.Supreme court and cjp became his downfall.Now, Zardari is under sever threat due to jit formed by Supreme Court.I don't think that pm has more money than them.Also, You don't have to be a thief to get disqualified under 62-1f.I hope, These political parties comes together and get rid of it once for all or decrease disqualification time limit or broaden it to have it apply to others too.

So, You could have done better?.....I also have issues but i also realizes the limitation he faces.If he was a dictator then your logic make sense.Given him some time, Stop watching news and get some time off, I am sure you will see the change after 2-3 years.Cuase, If they don't deliver then they will suffer ppp and pml-n fate and maybe even worse than that.

I think this case was put by Ch.Iftkhar...and he is behind this case.Ch..Iftkhar is a known pet of Nawaz and against IK..His son lost a huge business in Balochistan when IK raised voice against him..When Riaz Thekay Dar trapped Ex.CJ son.. from that day..Ch.Iftkhar lost his all glory which he got from adlia bahali movement... some body said..He also had personal revenge against IK becoz he was going to become President of Pakistan by Nawaz but due to IK he can't..I don't know this is true or not..But still I can't understand why CJ make bench to hear this case..This bulshit pettition should rejected strongly by SC forever..and pettitioner should heavily penalized nd this amount deposit in Dams Fund..
