اسلام آباد(دنیا نیوز)اسلام آباد کی انسداد دہشتگردی عدالت نے ججز نظر بندی کیس میں سابق صدر پرویز مشرف کو حاضری سے ایک دن کا استثنیٰ دے دیا۔

عدالتی حکم میں کہا گیا ہے کہ آئندہ سماعت پر ملزم پرویز مشرف پیش نہ ہوئے تو ضمانت خارج کر کے وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کیے جائیں گے۔ اسلام آباد کی انسداد دہشتگردی عدالت کے جج عتیق الرحمان نے ججز نظر بندی کیس کی سماعت کی ۔ عدالت نے پرویز مشرف کو سیکورٹی فراہم کرنے سے متعلق درخواست پر وفاقی پولیس کی جانب سے جمع کرایا گیا جواب مسترد کر دیا ۔

پراسیکیوٹر عامر ندیم تابش نے کہا کہ آٹھ ماہ پہلے آئی جی اسلام آباد نے یقین دہانی کرائی تھی کہ وہ پرویز مشرف کو سیکورٹی فراہم کرنے کیلئے تیار ہیں ۔ سابق صدر کی جانب سے حاضری سے استثنیٰ کی درخواست میں موقف اختیار کیا گیا کہ اسلام آباد میں جلسے جلوس ، دھرنوں کی وجہ سے عدالت حاضر نہیں ہو سکتے ۔ عدالت نے پرویز مشرف کو حاضری سے ایک دن کا استثنیٰ دیتے ہوئے کیس کی سماعت انیس ستمبر تک ملتوی کر دی۔​
