Man u r comparing a average size retired bureaucrat with Pak most intelligent brain.
In Pak there r 1000s of bureaucrat but there is no 5 world level mathematician and Physicist.
Pervaiz Hoodbhouy has solved one of the most difficult problem in Mathematics and physics. And this Orea Jan can not solve a simple F.Sc level math problem.
Y Einstein known as most intelligent man on earth bcz he solved the most difficult problem in math with same token Perviaz Hoodbhouy is the most intelligent man of Pak after Att ur Rehman in present age,
And do u know who is most intelligent person of Pak? can u name it now??
First Pervaiz Hoodbhouy did not wrote any prescription and he has no authority to do that indeed he shall not do that too ,bcz he is intelligent man and knows well what r his domains?
Can u answer Y pervaiz Hoodbhouy r not writing the medical prescriptions?
After his retirement he used to write and debate on Muslim and science being intelligent brain he can understand the problem much better than to any other man. He is working on religion and science along he wrote book on it.
for example if u explain to some less-educated man what r the hormones? and how they work, he/she will not understand that but if u explain these things to some one with better education without medical background, he/she will understand after 30 minutes on hormones and why brain use to secrete them.

Since you did not include a link showing his fifth position, and I can't watch the full video to see if there is one in there, I can't be sure of his fifth position. Let's still assume that this person is a great mathematician and a physicist.
Does that make him an authority on astronomy? Medical science? History? Religion?
Think for yourself. Would you take his medical advice?
I would probably take his medical advice. Because his advice will be based on scientific facts, and if he can't help me, he will refer me to a medical doctor. Many problems Pakistan faces today have a lot to do with our ignorance and ill understanding of science.
Guilty for not spelling cinderella (oops I did it again). No I don't have any idea of Jilani guy. To me he is irrelevant in today's world, and I don't give a sh!t about Jilani. I read humpty dumpty when I was a kid. A kid that reads Jilani at age seven would be considered abnormal. Orya Maqbool Jan doesn't like facts, and reality of today's world. He wants to take us back to caliphate, which is a retarded idea. A system that failed miserably centuries ago cannot compete with the democracy of today.
